THE LINCOLN PRESENTS “FOR THE RECORD” 80’S TUESDAY VINYL NIGHTS IN MAY
The Lincoln is pleased to present “For the Record,” a weekly series of audience-curated vinyl DJ sets. Guests can bring their own vinyl along and they will be spun by The Lincoln’s resident DJs along with themed DJ sets. For the month of May, every Tuesday is 80’s and rock-themed with Shake Appeal (DJs Bruce Duff and Kasey Bomber), along with DJ HOE (Henry Eshelman) and DJ Chileconcullen (Michael Cullen).
We encourage guests to bring their own records to the party!
This event is 21+ with no cover charge.
About The Lincoln:
Hiding in plain sight along a stretch of Lincoln Blvd. best known for bike shops and auto dealerships, the team behind numerous Southern California venues as Power House, Habana and Warwick brought The Lincoln to Venice in April 2016. The Lincoln is the brainchild of a dedicated team, including general partners Jeffrey Best and Kenneth Jones, partner/designer Matt Winter, among others. The Lincoln’s clapboard street frontage feels inspired by a faded postcard plucked from a dusty swap meet—and recalls the area’s industrial heritage in the 30’s, 40’s and 50’s when it was home to numerous auto repair and custom shops. The space provides and rewards community and the mixing of different audiences from workaday drinking buddies to elegant post-dinner dates.
